People from Manila who wants to go to Abaksa Resort and Lemery, Batangas, wants to choose the Tagaytay route to experience a colder weather and a magnificent view of Taal Lake. The alternative way is SLEX then LIPA STAR Tollway. Lipa is among the coldest place in the Philippines but the road way doesn't have a view of Taal Volcano. However, you can see the Mt. Maculot in Cuenca, Batangas if you select the LIPA Star Tollway.
